About Gift Aid

The Gift Aid scheme allows us to reclaim tax on all gifts made by UK tax payers. This means for every £1 you donate, we receive £0.25 at no extra cost to you. To qualify you must pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each tax year (6 April one year to 5 April the next) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that the charity will reclaim on your gifts for that tax year. In completing the form you confirm that you are a UK taxpayer and understand that if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations in that tax year it is your responsibility to pay any difference.
